Edwina considers her time with clients (old and new) much like a long lasting friendship. She ensures each clients’ individual needs are facilitated with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality whilst still being met with warmth and ease. The enjoyment of the clients’ experience is paramount and reflected in the high end service she provides.

Due to the nature of the service Edwina provides being quite demanding, her availability is very limited with only two offerings available per month. This ensures the quality of her work is always exceptional and the clients’ full needs are consistently met. Each client will receive a personalised quote however the baseline for Edwinas’ services are below.

The base package starts at $1997 USD which includes travel time, one full day of photography coverage, a minimum of 200 enhanced web sized images digitally supplied, the inclusion of wildlife, landscapes, client candid and portrait images and experiences during the day and five 8x 10 inch Fine Art Prints.

A 50% non-refundable or transferable retainer and a signed Service Agreement is due at booking and the balance is due 30 days from the Safari commencement date.

Full travel costs, transfers, visa applications, entry levies and accommodation are not included and will vary with each booking. 

Extras include extra days coverage, bespoke Handmade Fine Art Albums, Framed Prints, Fine Art Prints and Calendars.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, all camera equipment is insured as well as required Public and Personal Liability Insurance to run a service based business.

How many bookings do you take a year?

Edwina’s availability is limited to two tours per month so all clients get the absolute best out of her engagement.

How far in advance do you book? 

Edwina takes bookings up to 12 months in advance.

Where do you travel to?

Edwina is available to join Safaris or Game Reserve experiences anywhere within Africa. 

Can I book you directly or must you be booked through a travel agent?

Bookings can be taken both directly and via agents and operators.

I'm an agent, do you have information for my clients?

Yes, please be in contact via the page and so you can be assisted you with digital marketing material for your clients. Referrals attract a generous referral fee. 

What if I don’t really like having my photo captured?

This is totally ok. If your preference is to have limited images of yourself then that is respected. Edwina is at your disposal to capture everything from wildlife, landscapes and yourself. Before commencement you will have the opportunity to fill out a questionnaire that personalises your experience and needs.

Where are you located?

Edwina is located in Cape Town, South Africa and all travel cost quotes are priced from there.

What languages do you speak?

English and some limited German.

Do you use a drone?

Currently no, as many Game Reserves don’t allow the use of UAVs.

Can we book you for our extended trip to places such as Victoria Falls or other countries?

Extensions are granted for those who would like some or all of their holiday professionally documented.

Is there a limit to the amount of people you capture in each booking?

Availability is open for all group and tour sizes.

We are private people. May we not have any of our images shared publicly?

Confidentiality is held at the highest level. Edwina has an NDA available to be signed upon booking if required.
